it's the weekend
i'm planning on taking advantage of the beautiful weather that will soon be gone. checking out the farmer's market, hanging out with my sister, taking my little one to the park and celebrating my pop's birthday.

craft projects
I was browsing the country living website and came across a couple easy DIY projects that I'd like to try. They look fairly easy to create and would add visual interest to any space.
A fun take on the sunburst mirrors that are popular right now.
Canopy Bed 
I'm pretty sure my parents have some OLD rackets hiding in their basement. Maybe
I could convince them they'd look better on my wall than collecting dust in the basement.

old navy weekly
have you heard of Old Navy Weekly?
it's this great site where they've hidden coupons all over the page. you just start clicking around and eventually you'll stumble upon savings that you can print and use. i just found one that will give me 10% off my entire purchase. not bad for just clicking.

pillow problem
so our couches came with pillows that
i'm tired of and never truely liked.
i'd like to make some pillow covers in either green or blue.
what i can't decide on is which fabric.
help me decided! help me choose the fabric!
