a skirt, but not THE skirt

So I won't pretend to be a fashion blogger but on Monday I posted a small peek at the skirt I made last weekend and had a couple people who wanted to see the finished skirt.  I've been in need of a black skirt for a while but haven't been able to find what I really wanted so I decided to make one following this tutorial. Have I mentioned that I love those thoughtful people around the blogosphere who share their skills with the rest of us via tutorials? Love!

Anyway...here it is. I hope you have a great weekend!

  9. There it is! Thanks for sharing and satisfying my curiosity :)

It's a nice look - I liked the way you paired it with the black necklace. Bet it would look great with a nice, chunky belt too.

But then again... I am not a fashion blogger either ;)
