There was no holding back on color - anywhere - when they decorated this home. I have to say that bold black and white striped hallway with its gallery walls is my favorite. I like stripes...

I'm in complete agreement with you, the striped hallway is definitely my fave too.
I haven't toured my apartment on the blog yet, but I've considered it! The only small problem is that we don't receive a lot of natural light.
That is so crazy that your parents came in from out of town during the Snowpocolypse. Did you have to pick them up that day? Or did they come in the next day?
I am a design enthusiast + wannabe crafter + mom who loves to get packages in the mail, prefers brunch to breakfast, wishes she knew how to play the piano, loves the smell of rain, and always has room for dessert.
olive & a is my little catalog of things I find beautiful, fun, creative, and inspiring. Thanks for visiting and please say hello!

That stiped hallway is B.E.A.U.T.I.Ful...okay I got tired of typing that out.
STRIPES!!!! Love it. Michael and I want to buy a ranch when Michael is done with school (a girl can wish) and this would be my decor ;)
What a completely uplifting space. I am so happy to see the return of color - it just creates a happy mood!
