in the works

I have a couple of projects that I'm working on right now. Here is a little math equation to show you one...

a bit of this fabric (flipped so the stripe is horizontal)

+

and this tutorial as a guide

hopefully will equal something like this skirt that I loved so much!

I'd love to know what you are currently working on!

That will be gorgeous!! Those kinds of skirts are so darn cute - and I just love me some stripes!

(I'm working on a turquoise necklace, I could wear that color every day)

So excited to see how it turns out! Are you by chance using the forever stripe material from fabric.com? If not, where did you get your fabric?

I'm an idiot. Just realized that you linked to the fabric. Those 3" stripes look fantastic!

Oooh can't wait to see it!! I just finished (well I made it for mother's day and had to resize it) an apron with fabric from ikea. I know, I'm such a procrastinator cause mother's day was months ago!

oooh, gorgeous! Let's see, what am I working on? A new post about the occasional melancholy of having been an expat for so long you are not sure where home is; a mood board and wardrobe set for my upcoming trip to Italy; editing some new pics I just uploaded. Nothing quite as crafty and fabulous as yours, though!

This looks like a perfect idea! Can not wait to see it!

I am wanting to try out a whole bunch of projects right now... but mainly I have to start getting things de-cluttered and rearranged for the baby's room and get everything organized for Audra's homeschooling this year. So the little "me" projects have to wait a bit.
