Ingredients
- 2 whole salmon fillets, skin removed
- 1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce
- 1/2 cup lime juice
- 1 tablespoon honey, or to taste
- 1 teaspoon red chili flakes
- 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh garlic
Mix all and dump in gallon-sized Ziploc baggie. Marinate fish in baggie for no longer than 15 minutes (or else lime juice will cook the fish). Grill for 5 minutes per side.
